My daughter LOVES Blue Hat, Green Hat!!!! After we read it she runs around yelling "OOPS!" while giggling and pretending she's jumping into a pool. Fantastic little story that helps her connect words (and books) with joy and fun.
My grandniece, Sammi, who lived with me her first two years, would memorize the books. She loved the Moo Baa La La La story. If I intentionally read it wrong, she would correct me. Wish I had videod her "reading" that book!
